- Alexis Boom Review added: 2018.10.17★ ★ ★ ★ ☆A wonderful old castle nestled away in a beautiful valley overlooking a fishing pond backed by coniferous tree line. On site is the wood clad ticket office and the annex at the bottom as well as the castle. The space is quite small so don't expect to spend more than an hour before seeing the whole ground, though the castle offers more than an hour of exploration on all floors.
Great place to bring a picnic and sun yourself, but look everywhere around the area not inside the grounds to see wonderful wooded scenery with horse, bike, and foot tracks.
